Programs

Every athlete, every level

Ages 5–18
All Star Cheer
Competitive teams training stunting, tumbling and choreography for regional and national championships.
Ages 4–18
Tumbling
Progression-based classes from forward rolls to standing fulls, taught in small skill-matched groups.
Ages 3–18
Dance
Jazz, hip hop, contemporary and pom technique with an annual showcase performance.
Ages 5–12
Prep Teams
A lower-commitment, lower-cost entry into competitive cheer with a shorter season and local events.
Ages 3–5
Tiny Tots
Playful 45-minute classes building coordination, rhythm and confidence on the mat.
All ages
Open Gym
Supervised practice time on full spring floor, tumble track and air trak.
